Please expect a processing time of 1-7 business days for online orders. Shipping is handled via USPS, with delivery times ranging from 1-5 days based on your distance
to Indianapolis, IN. International shipping options are also available.

Please be aware that our OPERATIONAL DAYS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

Shipping durations do not include weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will begin processing the following business day.

Unfortunately, Luxes Palace cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that
your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact USPS and
file a claim.

Please note that I do not handle any packages after they have been
shipped.

Any orders identified as high risk, where the shipping and billing addresses do not match - will be contacted promptly to verify your identity and the purchase before we
proceed with fulfilling your order.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges, AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Prior to purchase,

Pre-Orders may take up to 4 WEEKS TO SHIP, and expedited shipping isn't an option for them. However, once your order is shipped, you can select faster delivery. Feel free to reach out to us directly for any questions about arrival dates.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email or text containing all necessary information for pickup. Please ensure that you provide accurate information.

Orders must be placed by 3PM AT THE LATEST FOR SAME-DAY PICKUP. Our operational days
for pickup follow the same schedule as our regular operational days.
